Foot Reflexology Massage is a therapeutic therapy that involves applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet. They correspond to organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, it helps to decrease depression, Asthma, high blood pressure, anxiety and tension. This massage is applied from your feet soles to your knees. The body is not included in a session.

 

The reflex points on the feet are relevant.

 

1.Toes are related to the head and sinuses.

 

2.A ball of the foot is connected to the heart and lungs.

 

3.An arch of the foot is linked to the stomach, liver, pancreas, and kidneys

 

4.A heel is associated to the lower back and sciatic nerve.

 

5.An Inner foot edge corresponds with the spine.
